Why Are Ads Reduced?
by Keith Smith

That's a valid question.
For years folks hounded me to create more ad space on One look at the cover page was all it took to rule out more ads there. Additional ads would dilute the value to the existing advertisers and, frankly, I figured more ads would make the page look bad.

Four years ago I created ad space on some of the other pages. The Library, articles, & calendar pages were each re-written to provide advertising space.

Those then-new ad slots still go begging. Wonder where all those folks that wanted additional ad space went?
Perhaps, even though those pages have extremely high traffic, they thought the cost was too high. Well... I've got a cure for that!

In an effort to demonstrate how effective such high-profile advertising can be I've temporarily reduced ad rates by 50% for
Library adsCalendar bannersArticle banners
Give one or more of those ads a try! You might be surprised at the amount of traffic they can provide on your web site.

I've also added a do-it-yourself waiting list capability. If the ad you want isn't available on the month you need it just click on the "Waiting List" link on the ad order form page.
